Method No. 1: Measure an Existing Ring

Take a ring that fits the finger you want to size (the ring must be perfectly round).

Use a ruler to measure the inside diameter of the ring (in mm).

Match your measurement to the table below to find your ring size.
Method No. 2: Measure Your Finger

Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger. Mark where the ends meet with a pen. Make sure it fits snugly but can slide over your knuckle comfortably.

Lay the paper or string flat and measure the length in millimeters (mm) using a ruler.

Match the lenght with your ring size by referring to the table below.

Tips:
- Always measure your fingers at the end of the day to capture your finger's largest size.
- The ring you select will fit perfectly on the finger you measured, but it may not fit as comfortably on other fingers, so it is important to choose the ring by measuring the finger you intend to wear it on.
- If your size falls between two numbers, choose the larger size for comfort.
